Probably the best 9-inning showing by the offense in a while. Sadly. 11 hits, 5 XBH, ‘only’ 9 K’s. But still only 4 runs…and never really in the game.

Jeffers should throw his hat into the ring for hitting coach. His resume is just as polished as Popkins. Will never understand hiring him.

The 1st inning was the difference.  Oriole defense prevented a run and the Twins defense gave them 2.

I believe we have three hitting coaches. Just about as many hits per day as coaches (not today I’m just saying!)

Maybe too many voices in the room? The guys coming up from the minors seem to have a better plan of attack so I don't think it's necessarily an organizational approach.

Well hopefully they are paid on a commission rate of runs scored. I know saving money is important around these parts.
