Okay, Time to add to a new chapter.  Let's keep it going and push forward.  Each game is as much a test of character as it is raw skill, IMO.

Let's see if last nights game was a sign of things to come...or if we revert back to nothing-burgers.

Would have been interesting if Minnesota could have gotten chapman from KC.  Not sure if KC would have dealt within the division.  We maybe could have sent Miranda or someone else in a combo deal.

Besides the spousal abuse allegations, he also didn't show up for the Yankees. No thanks.

A saw a couple of articles where he supposedly has  or in the process of cleaning up his act.

On the Kirilloff K, I heard another commentator comment that a lot of hitters have so much bigger chase zones on 3-2. Kirilloff watched three in the dirt and swung at the fourth.

If Gallo reduces his strikeout by one per game, the Twins' Town Hall meeting can be deemed a success.

And in Spring Training, every player arrives in the best shape of his life. :)

I'd rather give him the benefit of the doubt, then condemn him forever.  Several of the Twins favorite sons have had personal flaws.  bottom line............that;s what I read.  I have no personal insight or proof.

Was Taylor's K as bad as it looks on gameday?

I can respond, as was watching.

Nah, from the front, it didn't look like he swung, as the bat barely left his shoulder.

But he completely followed through from the waist, so almost certainly the bat head passed the front of the plate... So he got called for swinging by the ump down the line.

Uh-oh, looks like a oblique for Lewis.

Happened on 3rd out, so no mention as they cut to commercial. If announcers said anything, i musta been distracted...

So don't know...
