Squirrel Community Moderator Posted April 26, 2023 Author Posted April 26, 2023 Wonder if the ump will be checking Germán today …
stringer bell Verified Member Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 I’ll be there this afternoon! No Buxton and Taylor. Castro at third, Gordon in center and Miranda at DH. Seven LH or switch hitters, only Vazquez and Correa right handed.

Doctor Gast Verified Member Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 Yeah, go for the sweep baby! Good luck to Maeda, Go Twins! Let's bury the Yanks!
stringer bell Verified Member Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 Odds are we’ll see one or more of Headrick, Moran, Pagán or Stewart. I guess I’d most like to see Stewart.

Agreed. 5 games in 5 days freshly coming of the IL probably had a lot to do with the day off but yeah sucks seeing a guy hitting the ball like him out of the lineup.
umterp23 Verified Member Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 Miranda in the cleanup spot, not sure he shouldn't be 7th or 8th in this lineup. Gordon sure needs to make something happen as his days are quite numbered
CRF Verified Member Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 Kenta needs to be on his game because we need to sweep this series! Go Twins!
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 I continue my loathing of the Twins need to sit healthy players for no reason.
chinmusic Verified Member Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 For some reason, I have the urge to listen to the Stones "Sticky Fingers" LP🙂

Polanco I can understand a little. But Buxton is streaky, and right now he's streaky on the positive side. And Taylor has been steady all year with Gordon just not quite up to par so far. Let's hope for the best.

Azviking101 Verified Member Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 Expecting to see Kiriloff on the team tomorrow. He’s crushing and twins need to take advantage of that. If he hurts the wrist again it doesn’t matter if it happens in AAA or MLB since he’d hit the IL regardless (and his season would likely be over). Castro DFA makes the most sense.

If there were no reason they wouldn't be sitting. So there are reasons. It's just that you don't like the reasons.

Meanwhile, the Yankees, traveling to Texas this afternoon for a game there tomorrow, also have reasons to rest Judge or Rizzo...and reasons not to.
