Probably not. Anyway, I don't mind those things during the ASG or during Spring Training, but that seemed a little much. But then again, times are changing and this Apple TV + thing is full of gimmicks like this in order to attract attention and generate a buzz. Baseball needs as much chatter as it can get.

bighat Verified Member Posted August 20, 2022 Author Posted August 20, 2022 Pathetic inning by the MN offense there, absolutely horrific. That ain't Apple TV's fault.

Hrbowski Verified Member Posted August 20, 2022 Posted August 20, 2022 Why do English speakers insist on pronouncing Pérez "Pear-ez"??

I recently had a 16 year old plasma die, so I had to replace it. The plasma still had a really nice picture, but it's night and day different with the new one. It's eye openingly awesome!

I wouldn’t mind if this was the future of baseball… I can handle National TV crews if it means it’s ridiculously easy to watch your local baseball team in 4K.

Definitely. I usually watch sports muted anyway, so a crystal clear picture is perfectly fine with me! The crappy announcers don't phase me a bit!
