Has there been any conjecture on Correa's injury? I feel so bad for him! Also Lewis is for sure being called up right? Even if Correa comes back, we have at least one infield roster spot that needs to be filled while Arraez is out

COVID, a terrible outing from one vet and another short start from another, potential injuries all over the place a bunch of double plays and runners cut down and probably two losses. Not a fun two days.

If Correa is out for any length of time we might get to see the infield of the future (Kirilloff (1B), Polanco (2B), Lewis (SS), and Miranda (3B)).

Hitters look really comfortable batting against Duran. Lot of contact against a guy that throws 100.

Certainly not a great day. Archer can't get to 5 again, and the bullpen finally blows up (it was due to happen eventually). Getting out with a split isn't terrible but you certainly expect to take this series. Combine that with the COVID issues and a potential Correa injury, and it certainly isn't great. Thankfully we get 3 against the A's this weekend. Time to start a new streak.

For what’s it’s worth, which is not much in my opinion…

At the start of tonight’s game the Twins do lead the AL in GIDP with 23. Three national league teams have more. The Guardian/Angels both have 22. The Baltimore Orioles and the Rangers are tied for the least GIDP with ten.

Hope Correa is okay too, and everyone comes back from COVID without losing a step.
