Next contestant, Mrs. Sybil Fawlty from Torquay. Specialist subject - the bleeding obvious---

Hildy- the latest candidate for the Pressly Overuse Award- needs a DL stint.  He's been brutal the past couple of weeks, and it's plain to see why.

He has been shaky darts to say the least

Sure am glad Hildenberger was used to give up runs 3rd straight game. Great job Odorizzi, forced the cook to overuse the cookbook.

Hildenberger really, really sucks.  Let's keep putting him in high-leverage situations.

Have to. That's what the cookbook says to do. As noted Pressly can't be burned out by the cook any more, now it's Hildenberger and Rogers.

Just sick of it.

Whether it's MoY, or Falvine, or both-- plainly, bloody obvious needs not being addressed, and issues only compounded, time after time after time.

Gee, Paul, anyone you'd like to have a look at from down in Roch?  "No, not really."

How about anyone but the gassed-out Hildy?

And while I'm at it, thanks, Jake, for allowing us to start burning the pen before the 5th was done.

Usually you can point to one or two things that cost a game...it’s hurtful when you can point out 5 routinely. Defense, base running, a bench of fields, ehire and Bobby w, a burned out reliever. Did I miss anything? The team is poorly managed and severely lacks fundamentals.

Oh well...

Good night everybody!

Or good day. I keep forgetting many longitudes are represented here... What a wonderful world!

24 starts. 8 of them 6 innings. None more.

2/3 of your starts by the Alleged "ace"(as dubbed in pre season) gas the bullpen.

Terrible. Just Terrible.

Runners getting picked off at 2nd base, fielders booting the ball all over the place, hitters swinging at terrible pitches, starting pitchers who can't get past the 5th inning.  This is just a bad team, all the way around.

Twins' relievers this season seem to have incredible runs of dominance (April for Reed, Pressly, May-July for Hildy, Rodney?)  and then completely fall apart and look awful for a stretch of time (Pressly's May, Reed's June, Rodney's April, Hildy April and now). Unfortunately, we have a manager who is incapable of figuring out who is cold and when.

Speaking of Reed, why wasn't he pitching in a close game? He'd be a better option than Hildy for the third straight day.

July 31

Aug 4

Only times Reed has pitched since called back up.

Drake has pitched once since being added.

And yet, Garver HAD TO pitch Monday night.

Who's turn next to be overused?
I'd guess Magill's since he had a rest.

Reed is in the Angry Beaver doghouse for being loudly upset over Duke trade

Pioneer Press says that's 11 walkoff losses

To answer an earlier question.

Thanks! That’s quite a bite, even for 60 losses.
