At least he’s consistently bad. He’s calling strikes balls and balls strikes. He is the reason why there will be roboumps someday. Some of these guys are THAT bad.

Yet another Tom Kelly was prominent in the 1960s as the lead manager of Northrup Grumman, the contractor that built the lunar landers.

He’s been bad, it happens. That said, I’d wager there have been 6-7 pitches called balls that should have been strikes.
