yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Yeah, I think Kepler will be okay.
VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Herr Kepler mit dem Home Run machen!!!
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Did Cave break the overhang?Yeah, unfortunately you are only awarded a single for hitting a 400-foot, 150 mph line drive into the right field limestone overhang
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 I'm really liking this Cave kid. He's got some serious pop in that bat.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Seriously though, Buxton who?
Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Seriously though, Buxton who? Next year we only need 4 outfielders: Rosario, Buxton, Kepler and Cave. Robbie G. should be on this month's sell list.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Seriously, bummer for Caves stat line. That's a sure home run deep into the bleachers at Yankee stadium.
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 We would probably win 120 games if we faced Baltimore 162 times a year

Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Win for the FO prying this guy away
VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Something is seriously wrong here. There are six batters in the Twins lineup with BAs of .260 or higher. I thought their quota was two.

I am saying this way too early and the lead is not big enough, but they are also in danger or winning two in a row and not losing a series. It is like it is upside down world.
curt1965 Verified Member Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Ok- besides the nice offensive production, I’ve been watching the defensively “inept” Garver tonight. Seems like he has handles pitches in the dirt well, attempts to frame pitches out of the strike zone, and appears to be handling Lynn well so far. He has also been on base twice. I’d appreciate objective critiques from now on, so I can see why he sucks so bad........
Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 We would probably win 120 games if we faced Baltimore 162 times a yearMore like 140. It's a definite uplift to a team's morale when the worst team in the majors comes to town with the second worst team following.
Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 lol, sell list. Who’s buying???Fair point. We should certainly be willing to sell but there has to be a buyer.
jun Verified Member Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Dozier didn't even bother to swing once last at bat. 2 balls and 3 called strike. I don't think any contending teams would want him in their lineup. He absolutely has no trade value.

yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 So, 6-0 lead. What are the chances the Twins manage to not use Hildenberger or Pressly?
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 So, every team in the AL gets to face Baltimore 162 times, the Twins would still finish middle of the pack But not as bad as Baltimore, their record would be like 374-2105 and two thousand games out of first

Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 So, 6-0 lead. What are the chances the Twins manage to not use Hildenberger or Pressly?Well, Molly can tell them to "get ready" and warm them up...
