Wait, is this a serious post? If so, thats incredible.

Not serious.  I was just guessing why he wasn't on tonight.  He might have checked into a 30 day rehab program though...I wouldn't blame him.

Damnit. I was hoping to see a video of Tom Hannemann losing it on live TV and storming off.

Anthony LaPlanta is doing post game tonight.

Tom Hannemann walked off the set three days ago due to frustration.  Gave up trying to be positive.

Dick and Bert staged a mock walkout in tribute/sympathy tonight.

To his credit, LaPanta has maintained an even amount of contempt for the Twins throughout the season, making it clear from the beginning that the whole thing is somewhat beneath him.

I'm sure he's just ready for hockey to start. At least the Wild will get our hopes up for a decent chunk of the season.

Edit: Also, I have to give credit to LaPanta for constantly looking like he's hammered, so we can never tell when he actually is.

Hopefully Molitor pulls a Nishioka after this season and quits from the shame of his epic failure. Then we don't have to worry about whether or not Pohlad really meant it when he said Molitor is our manager for next season.

UNBELIEVBLE!  Molitor was asked why he pulled Berrios.  No answer given.  He just said I thought he was losing it...WOW!

TSF!

Follow up question: "So your priority was avoiding another loss, or are you just managing without ANY regard for developing young players?"

Listening to Bert, it almost seems like he is planning an exit from this gig. Of course Morris wasn't too pup portage of Molitor either.

If Bert quits and they replace him with either Morris or Smalley, I'm going to cry.

Removing Berrios in the 5th with two outs and a lead was not done because he was losing it, or because the game situation, or season demanded it. It was intentional. But for what reason? To send a message? But to whom? For what? Gardy was infamous for using that situation to either discipline a recalcitrant pitcher, or in the inverse reward a veteran by leaving him try and get the out for a cheap win. Molitor didn't remove Berrios in a poor strategic move. So why did he really jerk him?

This is a Groundhog Day of a season - every game seems to play out the same in a loss.   What is the positive lesson in removing a young pitcher 1 out away from a 5 inning start and a possible win - how does that build his confidence?   Playing and batting Logan Shafer 5th - How can the new regime look at this manager and possibly keep him?

Berrios pulled in 5th,for no apparent reason. Suzuki pinch hitting in extra innings with Vargas on the bench.

They managed to do it, 157 games in and still reaching for the Pepto.

That bottle with the black label on it is NOT Pepto.
