Hrbowski Verified Member Posted September 5, 2015 Posted September 5, 2015 This can be the thread for people rooting for the Packers, whether it is rooting for them to win or lose, but one is more appreciated than the other. I am rooting for them to lose, just to let y'all know, because I think the Packers are the most arrogant, conceited team in professional sports, and they deserve to never win a game again. This is my favorite game in Packers history: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lp1WM00U0aE
Craig Arko Old-Timey Member Posted September 5, 2015 Posted September 5, 2015 Love 'em or hate 'em, there is one thing I greatly admire about the Packers; they are owned by the community and not some rich cat from another state.

twinsnorth49 Old-Timey Member Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 the Packers are the most arrogant, conceited team in professional sports,Not a Packers fan but they'll have to get in line behind the Dallas Cowboys, Man U and the Toronto Maple Laughs on that claim to fame.

I actually find that to be one of the more annoying parts of that franchise and fan base.

Packers are the second worst in the NFL, they are the cardinals of the NFL. The only team fan base who are worse are the Baaaaawwwston Patriots.

Craig Arko Old-Timey Member Posted September 11, 2015 Posted September 11, 2015 I actually find that to be one of the more annoying parts of that franchise and fan base. This is actually a relief. I think if/when we start agreeing on things we should both become concerned.

Yuck!It doesn't take an invasion for Packers fans to dismantle my entire neighborhood; they're literally holding us hostage. They have sentries at every corner whose main purpose in life is to remind every outspoken Vikings fan that "if you ain't first you're last," meanwhile insisting that they were "the better team" and "we had been winning" the NFC Championship Game. As you can see by the cropped image, the Pack is not only owned but coached by the community as well.

ashbury Verified Member Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Go Bears! My favorite two games of the year, when my two favorite teams play: "Whoever is playing against the Packers" versus "Whoever is playing against the Bears".
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 How the heck is there a thread with this title and nobody's been banned??!? Mods: do your job!

Hrbowski Verified Member Posted September 20, 2015 Author Posted September 20, 2015 Hopefully the Seahawks will beat the Packers again. That would be sweet.
formerly33 Verified Member Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 I believe it's high time we resurrect this thread. Rodgers' MVP-level play is a result of his love life. This year, it's a different tune we get to hear. Cackle...God sure finds Aaron Rodgers' sex life to be interesting. I can't wait until he's so pissed he kicks the whole Pack back into the sewer in which they originated so the players can have sex whenever and wherever and however they want. Snicker...now I know why the Vikings have sucked...it never occurred to me that God played favorites. I guess I was wrong and consequently chose the wrong team...hahaha. Well, all I can say is, once they're back in the sewer we can http://stream1.gifsoup.com/view3/1214769/moss-moonin-o.gif all we want. And from a Packers fan forum, this gem: Vikings 900Packers 0 Embrace the suckage. Rodgers 11/57 9 yards 0TD 4 INTLacy 4car -13yrds fum (7 jelly doughnuts, 4 double cheeseburgers, 11 cans of DR Pepper)Adams 4rec -8yrds on 32 targets, 18 drops.Jones, wait, who?Cobb 0recStarks (3 QB sacks and 11 pressures given up) Packers demoted to the B1G
DaveW Old-Timey Member Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 Lol at the guy who wants to bench Rodgers. Lol at the people who "upvoted" him Also I'm confused, Wilson had a big thing pre season about how he is staying celibate, meanwhile the Seahawks are even worse than the packers at 4-5....what does God want!?????
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 what does God want!?????Smarter football fans.
TheLeviathan Old-Timey Member Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 I believe Russell Wilson is the embodiment of all evidence needed to declare that if indeed there is a god that intervenes in daily affairs to get what he wants....he's a god that doesn't approve of insufferable goobers.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 God is struggling right now. No reason the Vikings shouldn't run roughshod over Him today.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 Smarter football fans. No, I think he's just testing the rest of us.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 It's quiet around here today. I blame that damn football game. That I will likely keep tabs on the score.
formerly33 Verified Member Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 That damn football game is right. So we still can't beat those blasted cheeseheads. Somehow that doesn't come as the slightest shock. On a slightly more pleasant note, only 91 more days till the Twins' pitchers and catchers report to Spring Training. I seem to remember Twins Daily having a countdown clock till opening day earlier this year...could we have a ST clock for now? I want to be reminded on a daily basis without any effort on my part....
