I blew on the potatoes and that cooled them down sufficiantly. 

 

The 2nd bite had a couple of chicken crumbs in it. It tasted OK and the chicken did mix well with the potatoes. 

 

Potatoes are finished... I give them a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. 

You have done well, sir. To get the full 10 of 10 from such a meal, make another!

 

Actually, I spice 'em up with a few shakes of Tony Cachere Creole Seasoning. Ever notice that the fried chicken is greasy and nasty, but almost irresistible? I figure it's the spermaceti...

I have never experienced a play by play of a Hungry Man Dinner. This could get exciting. Maybe when you get to the stomach pumping part, Marney Gellnar can do a live emote, and Dick can circle you!

My Fork was getting in the way of the Chicken so I slid the fork into the vegetables to get it out of the way. 

 

As I Picked up the Chicken to take another bite. It shifted the weight somehow and my fork flipped into the air and threw the vegetables across the room.

Now I'm eating the Chicken... It's Ok but not near Popeye's quality. 

 

I'm thinking back to the potatoes chicken crumb combination and wondering if it was smart to eat all the potatoes because I've got none to enhance the flavor of the chicken now. 

Oh no Brian. If you are going to eat a "Hungry Man" meal, always go with the turkey dinner. That way you might make it out alive.

Late to the game. Just got back from the local high school marching band performance. It's nice of the athletic department to provide football for entertainment during intermission. They also have football after the second half of the program for those who want to stay, but we left.

GomeGome''s type of wacky hair-on-fire persona plays better in the early twenties than the late 20's,  like the kind of $#!^ you used to get away with in college that totally doesn't fly a couple of years later.

 

Or like Bill James said of Roberto Alomar at around his age 25 or so season.    I'm paraphrasing, but it's close:

OK... First Bite was the Potatoes... All Stirred but still hot.

 

I had to make that funny sound to try and cool it down before swallowing. 

 

I think I'll wait a little bit for the next bite. 

Microwave instant potatoes are a great way to answer the question "What would it be like to be napping in Hawaii,  snoring with mouth wide open, and simultaneously have a tourist's shave ice and a big glob of Kilauea lava land on my tongue?"

Sometimes you can find a little dark ball of something under the chicken. I think that's the liver, but I've never been sure...

I was wrong... Quite a few Vegetables ended up in the Apple Dessert. Along with Chicken Crumbs. 

 

I've decided to not finish the dessert and am going to finish with Ice Cream instead.

The thing about vegetables...they suck...but add some garlic, maybe something spicy. You have to eat them.
