sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 Yeah, not so often you see a two tag double play. I enjoyed it. Oh, and sorry i've wandered off. Game's not quite so close as the last two.
big dog Verified Member Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 Well, that was a double-play inspired by Swan Lake.
70charger Verified Member Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 Thompson kinda got bailed out by that unlikely double play. Still, can't complain about a couple of scoreless innings.
Jerr Verified Member Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 Circus Boy score update: Twins 7, Tribe 1 bottom of the 8th.
formerly33 Verified Member Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 GREAT JOE!!!The Tribe thinks so. They're all wearing #7 on their jersey in honor of his birthday.
Hrbowski Verified Member Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 Dozier still has the best walk-up song...

Circus Boy Verified Member Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 What have I missed? Has Circus Boy become a cult leader or something? I suppose Twins Daily could use a David Koresh or Jim Jones of its own. Yes, it's a special cult that makes doilies and remodels kitchens bathrooms.
Jerr Verified Member Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 Jane Austen wrote Tchaikovsky? What couldn't she do?She couldn't hit the curve.
Hrbowski Verified Member Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 I don't mean to go off topic, but what is wrong with the bleeping KC Royals? Herrera just threw 2 100 mph pitches at Brett Lawrie's head.
D. Hocking Verified Member Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 You mean Tchaikovsky, I think. I think that was Moe's real name. Tchaikovsky is on this birth certificate - but they called him Moe for short. His true love was ballet - but his movies with his brothers were what really paid the bills. I think that was always a bitter pill for him to swallow.

Uh. Tada!Molitor: No, no, no, can’t be. I distinctly remember: your birthday was last year.Mauer: That’s the funny thing about birthdays–they’re kind of an annual thing! Uh... Molly, I’m turning thirty-two, and I wanted to ask, uh, what I really want for this birthday… Actually what I really want for my birth–want for my birth–Molly: Okay, Joe, please, stop with the mumbling. You know how I feel about the mumbling–blah-blah-blah-blah, it’s very annoying. [Joe looks hurt.] I’m just teasing, you’re amazing, you're the best, Joe!Mauer: Uh, I want to see the fireworks tonight.Molitor: Uuuuh... What?Mauer: Oh... well, I was hoping you would let me see the fireworks.Molitor: Oooooh; that. I almost forgot about those. Duh...
