NorthwestTwinsFan Provisional Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Twins hitters have absolutely no plan when they approach the plate.
gocgo Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Now I know how Cub fans feel...oh wait, they have Theo Epstein. They have hope.
jokin Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Gotta call ya out on the Good Broadcasters...what have they had to work with? His only mistake was in the order listed, the broadcasters were already bad before this debacle began.
Jerr Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Just got here and happy to hear that we are NOT being no-hit!That's all I got for something good, unbelievable
Blake Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 I seem to recall someone mentioning that it was doubtful the Twins would bring the best 25 North. I thought that statement was a bit far fetched. Shows you what I know. Fire the whole team and bring up the Rochester team. Couldn't be any worse. In fact, I bet it would put fans in the seats.
Blake Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 What's the over/under on Dick and Bert spending more time talking about opposing teams rather than the Twins?
gocgo Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 On a positive side for the Twins, the beer consumed per fan should go through the roof this year!
Hrbowski Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Mitch Garver caught two runners stealing in the first.
TheLeviathan Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 They have the best radio announcers. They have one of the best radio play by play guys. The color guy is friggin awful.
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 On a lighter note, it is snowing! No, that is worse.
D. Hocking Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 On a lighter note, it is snowing! Any chance the rest of the season will be snowed out -- because otherwise I am not sure that is good news.
Intramural Legend Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 How long are you going to be able to stay interested I'm the Twins at this rate? I've got another couple games in me, and then maybe some excitement when we bring up some prospects. Pretty sad to lose all semblance of hope before the home opener
jokin Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Twins Pythag Projection 0-162 Unfortunately teams with bad bullpens often underperform their projections. Trying to be positive here-- The following is is still the club record standard for futility- Washington Sentaors 1904 38-113 .252 winning percentage 55.5 games out of 1st Place. I predict at least 12 more wins for the 2015 club, but I admit I don't have any stats to back up my prediction.
Hrbowski Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 They have one of the best radio play by play guys. The color guy is friggin awful.Dan Gladden? he is great!
Danchat Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 On a lighter note, it is snowing!Hey, we're looking for a little positivity here! Stop it with the negative stuff!
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 This lineup versus Sale.........
NorthwestTwinsFan Provisional Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Leadoff runner is on base. Could this be it??
Hrbowski Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 This lineup versus Sale.........Do you mean we might see history?
Blake Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Leadoff runner is on base. Could this be it??First runner to third. Yeah, I'm making the call.
Hrbowski Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
D. Hocking Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 First runner to third. Sad thing is I got a little excited when I read that.
TheLeviathan Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Dan Gladden? he is great! Could not disagree more, but to each their own,
Hrbowski Verified Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Dan & Cory think they were protecting the pitcher when they gave Yoenis an error.
COtwin Provisional Member Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Bert did say Sep-sedes. Hilarious.
