Back to minivans.....why are they unmanly? We used ours to camp all over the place. We used ours to bike and golf all,over the place. Unlike most SUVs, our wheels did not get in the way of loading drywall flat so we could remodel. Oh, and they are easy to get stuff into that is big or awkward.

BTW, I went to Crookston in 1977! as a freshman in college, played for the baseball team that year; I actually did buy my last baseball glove in Grand Forks. I remember fondly the smell of potatoes cooking in the evening in some factory or other.

Yep... That would be Simplot. When I first moved to town in 1990. We had a North End place about 3 blocks away. Every Day... It was like sticking your face in a McDonalds bag and breathing in.

Not that i'm sure i get it either, but speculate it is some complex linguistical humor where "fine" operates as both an adjective and a verb.

 

That said, I'm wondering how people get their hands on tomorrow's paper, as some of those are intriguing...
