If they're going to give half a dozen Holds to the winning team tonight for maintaining a 2-run lead, they could throw couple to the losing team for maintaining a close enough deficit.

What's worse...getting up 5-0 early, only to lose...or...getting behind big early, and have the rally fall short?

 

Going to the game, thinking you get to see a win for once at Target Field, then watching the opposing team slowly take away all your happiness.

Yeah, this game was painful - so much hope at the beginning, only to see all the good things frittered away.

 

If they are going to lose, I'd prefer that it be falling just short after battling back.
