Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 My first game was in the Metrodome in 1986, it wasn't a dump then. However, I didn't notice at the time that the seats didn't face the right direction.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 Oh well. Seems like Cleveland has a pretty good insurance policy these days... 5 runs in the 9th is a steep climb. And we're still not out of the top of the inning.
D. Hocking Verified Member Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 I think someone might have left the cake out in the rain....
ashbury Verified Member Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 I turned attention away, and come back to find that there was a 3-run rally in the 9th. Thanks Rally Cake! That should've turned the 4-2 deficit into a winner, right? Why is the game still going?
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 I want to go on record as saying "ugh Guerrier" BEFORE he coughed up all the runs

LaBombo Verified Member Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 Nowadays, pizza is not my friend. Has to be the thinnest crust ever, no tomato sauce and no greasy, spicy meats. How do you manage that hat trick? Only way I can so far has been to simulate eating it in its native setting (for me), the dorm. A couple of dirty clothing items on the floor, a Dew-stained D&D manual on the coffee table that doubles for a desk in this exercise, and...?

Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2014 Author Posted July 23, 2014 Everyone... This is new territory for ChiTown... There is a learning curve... In my professional opinion. She pulled the Rally Cake out too soon. And turned it into a crab cake. Her timing will get better in time. I believe in ChiTown.
