Tibs Verified Member Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 Have the Wolves EVER had the pingpong ball come up such that they picked better than their reverse standings would have them? The lottery is dumb. I don't see why they can't do the draft like every other league
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2014 Author Posted May 21, 2014 Have the Wolves EVER had the pingpong ball come up such that they picked better than their reverse standings would have them? No... One year they had the 2nd best odds and ended up drafting 37th.

big dog Verified Member Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 The lottery is dumb. I don't see why they can't do the draft like every other league There were too many teams losing too many games on purpose to get better draft position. The tanking was totally out of control so the league made it harder to predict the result of sitting out all your good players in March.
big dog Verified Member Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 No... One year they had the 2nd best odds and ended up drafting 37th. and they had to draft soccer players that year, too.

Guest USAFChief Guests Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 Tanking... Teams tank for it.I think they still do. I agree with Tibs...the lottery is dumb. But then again, it's the NBA, so it's not like a care. At all.
gil4 Verified Member Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 Eddie is a killer Back in the day my Iron Maiden shirts always seemed to get "lost" in he laundry. I'm sure my mother kept throwing them out - I have no idea what she had against them. (If any of my kids had them, they wouldn't get "lost". They would be confiscated and cut up in full view of the owner.)
