I think that RB's setup was especially funny tonight. I hope that people realize how lucky we are to get the setups on game day.

I kinda glossed over it quickish, and wasn't so sure i wanted to know the results of the subsequent discussion: the finer points of "ick" vs. "ish"...

 

Anyway, rereading it, it is indeed excellent! I think it has quadrupled my knowledge of the area, which previously was staying a night or two with relatives in the area before driving cross country, and that was a while ago. The relatives have since moved.

 

And if i recall a friend's beef, Lord Stanely originally dedicated his cup to amateur hockey, so on that basis, perhaps they got a chance...

I'm completely jealous.

 

I know...I'm feeling really fortunate this week. PETCO was beautiful, but relatively empty as usual. I don't know if you guys could tell on TV, but it was almost like a home game...seemed like more Twins jerseys and hats then Padres. Okay, we won the first one of my 5-gamer...let's see if I can bring home a 5-0!
