    Gordon....Gordon...GORDON! For the Love of Lombardozzi play him (almost) every day at MLB level. We need to know what we have so as not to lose something good, or feel good about losing something not worth keeping. PLEASE FO......figure it out!

    Well, he is completely un-tradable. What team in contention in their right mind would be thinking.... "We really need someone who can give away precious ABs in the post season....where can we find him and how many of our prospects can we give away for him!"

    To repeat a my post from the game thread with an extra sprinkle Rocco using Sano to "Pinch Strike Out" was absolutely priceless on soooo many levels What an absolute clown car this team is. Speaking of.... Sano should be required to have circus music for his walk up song until his K rate drops below 35% or his batting average goes above 0.200! And the "strike out" coach should have to sit on a small stool next to the ball boy/girl down the foul ball line for the whole game until...um...there is any sign that....uh....he is successfully...er... coaching hitting. Done and..... Done

    For those who have seen him pitch and/or know his stuff... Is Moran considered a real prospect?.... Seems to be building a decent body of work at AA and not too old at 24 Would appreciate it if someone could drop some knowledge on me

    We need Pineda to stay hot and Cruz and Simmons to ramp it up so we can maximize return at the trade deadline. Pray that Berrios does not get injured so we can maximize return at trade deadline. (Tears rolling down cheeks) Pray that Buxton gets back healthy and showcases to maximize return at trade deadline Pray that Sano.... Just kidding...giggles...no contending team would put him on their 40 man for free much less give up anything for him (can you imagine giving up that many AB for free in the playoffs when each bat is magnified?!) Giggles!

    Who am I kidding... I can't be positive with the organization. Sano struck out in one AB with 0/7 pitches in the strike zone. They literally dared him to walk and he couldn't do it. Check out the heat map for his hit zone on ESPN next time during the game... He doesn't have a hole in his swing as much as only one hole where he can actually hit the ball I could care less if he has 5 walk off HR in a year....still not even close to making up for gross negligence and borderline incompetence at the plate. I could care less if he goes somewhere else and develops into something. It ain't happening here and it is excruciating to watch. And if you think that a hole that big in the line up doesn't hurt team morale and momentum, you are crazy

    I'm going to try to inject some positive... My top things to be excited about the Twins the rest of the year 1. Buxton (WHEN he plays).... just a joy... Flashes of Athletic Brilliance reminds me a bit of Bo Jackson (look him up on you tube for any kids out there... maybe the best pure athlete ever before his catastrophic hip injury) 2. Duran: Good Lord does he look the part. Me has a really good feeling about him (of course I had a 'good feeling' about Kepler being our #3 hitter for 7-10 years with all star selections sprinkled in, so what the hell do I know) 3. Miranda: Looks like legit progression and not just a hot spell 4. Larnach: OBP of .380! Professional AB suggest sustained success and progression. 5. Kirilloff: only drops to #5 because I am very worried long term about his wrist. Wrists are delicate and complicated to heal/take care of/fix surgically long term.

    Guess how many of the 7 pitches that Sano "saw" during that last AB were in the strike zone? Yep, that would be "0" Cannot wait until the "black hole sun" is out of our line up one day...

    We proved that we can beat probably the worst team in baseball.... it's better than the alternative but not really something to get excited about

    I have zero problems moving on from Sano..... make that less than zero. He is not compatible with a consistently performing lineup or sustained winning. Good luck to him... elsewhere

    Is it possible that Colome is a sleeper agent sent by Chicago to implode our team? Can we really rule this out? I'm not sure??

    Sorry.... rebuild not retool. Berrios and Buxton will be lost to FA and will not sign with us because the $$ offer will be less and they have had less than great experiences with the FO for various reasons. Therefore they need to be traded NOW before the deadline to maximize return. Without them in the short term the team will obviously be worse. Also the 'core' has turned out to be at least one standard deviation below expectations. Ergo.... it's rebuild time... I'm not happy about it but it is better to be realistic than to languish for a decade because we are not able to admit the obvious

    Yep, been advocating for his for awhile now on various threads. It's not about if we want Berrios, it's about understanding that he WILL be gone for many reasons to include money and not liking the Twins FO actions for the most part. So... the question is what we want in our return. Trading him sometime before the trade deadline will maximize that return. It's just that disappointingly simple

    We are leading the #1 draft pick race! At least the one day Sano Fever broke and everyone now remembers that he still has the same gaping holes in his swing. Seriously, Gordon and Rooker up now and for the rest of the season playing on the regular (and any others that we need to make decisions on... relievers?!). It is inexcusable for us not to figure out exactly what we have going forward. There is nothing else to accomplish this season other than to figure out what we have going forward.

    Wow... let's all be honest.... this is officially crossing over from disappointing to humorous. I know longer want Rocco or the hitting coach to be fired. I want them to be forced to flog through this full s-show of a season staring blankly at their ipad
