    Buck does not want to stay here. Not only was he pissed about service time manipulation, he was also fed up with his hitting 'instruction' from the club. Remember when he was asked last year about his hitting improvement and he answered that he stopped listening to team instruction and just went with his own ideas?! Does that sound like someone who has bought into the organization or was perhaps frustrated with mixed messages/hitting strategy?! Given our hitting coaches currently, do you blame him? I hate to break it to everyone (again) but he is GONE....the only question now is what we choose to get for him (or just stick our heads in the sand and eventually lose him for nothing
