    I like them overall. Not a fan of the M, but don’t hate it, either. Everyone always asks me what the TC stands for. That annoys me more than whatever style M is on the caps. Mostly I don’t care as long as the baby blues are gone. They always looked like pajamas to me. But mostly I don’t care because I’m more concerned with who’s wearing the uniforms. But I think the hype of ‘rebranding’ is always silly no matter who or what it is. That said, I enjoyed the fashion show.

    With this crowd … who couldn’t even tell RandBall Stu’s article about licking their lockers clean was satire … you never know. ? People are pretty quick to jump to the worst possible conclusion. But I’m not sure how Farmer fits in, unless he’s flipped for something else (hopefully)

    IF we manage to sign Correa (and yes, that's a big if, and italicized, too), then we move Lewis or Lee to 3rd. Miranda can cover there until one of them is ready. I would have waited until mid-season to do this, but, we'll see how it plays out.

    I agree there are unknowns. But I can't imagine they go forth and don't up their revenue stream to some extent

    And they removed him pretty soon after. It's no big deal. He won't take up a spot when someone better comes along

    Exactly. I view this kind of as a nothing signing, and very similar to what we did with Cave last year except that Garlick is a righty.

    First month? That's optimistic for Lewis' timeline. I say move Lewis to 3rd and sign a proven SS. I mean, we just had an article about how disappointing Sano was - all promise throughout the minors and his rookie year, then what? I don't want to push all in on either of these prospects to cover SS when I'm not convinced yet either will stick there. But I'm glad we have both Lewis and Lee. It's a silly article asking 'which one?'

    I’m kind of anti-pinstripes, but I prefer the cream pinstripes over the baby blues, any day. And I’m probably in the minority as I don’t really care about any of this. That won’t make a difference to me, but who wears the uniforms will.

    So, you're saying, if it wasn't what you wanted or would have done it's wrong and low-class? I know that's not what you are saying, but that's how you are reading. I'm pretty sure that Molitor was paid the remaining of his contract, it happened at the end of the season, and it really wasn't so surprising, imo. Wes leaving mid-season wasn't great, but that has been explained on every level. College ball operates on a different schedule and he needed to begin immediately. I know many aren't happy with taking the answer at face value because of course it had to be something else. This is the way it works and the Twins understood and let him go. While the timing was very unfortunate, that's just how it worked. As to how that impacted the team ... we can only guess.
