Let's be honest, the only reason they are actually pretending to 'connect' with the public is because (finally) people saw through a the BS they sling, and stopped buying tickets. Face it, when they "sell" 24,000 tickets to a game and only 9-10k show up, sure they got paid for those tickets, but when more than half of the people who bought decide to basically just throw their tickets away in disgust and not attend, that is not a good look, and certainly not a path to good things.
