    If he didn't want to get pulled he shouldn't have allowed a couple base runners. Twins are up only 3 - 0 at that point. Pulling him was the right call.

    Ryan is basically still a rookie with his short 2021 season. I think to many fans are expecting way too much way too fast from him. Look back at Frank Viola's stats for his first couple years. The guy really struggled until he put hit together in year 3.

    Max Kepler (fractured right fifth toe) said he's been running, hitting and throwing and felt fine after doing outfield work yesterday. Said he'd be back "soon." Rocco couldn't say for sure, but said it's "possible" Kepler is active this weekend. Eligible for activation Saturday.

    Its official. Friday. He was officially activated today.

    Garlick to IL today and Buxton with what he is dealing with. Getting an outfielder would have been huge.

    "B" for me. I would have liked us to add an outfield bat with 3 of our outfielders on the IL and Buxton a question mark on most days. Hopefully Cave seizes this opportunity.

    I would keep Pagan over Duffey and to add Duffey is a free agent after this season while Pagan is under team control one more season.

    My guess is that Sano gets one more go with this team. I'm hoping he comes back invigorated and can give the team a boost but if not bye-bye. Regardless I would not pick up his option for 2023.

    Pretty much exactly what I'm thinking. This team seriously needs a boost, maybe Sano can give it, maybe not but worth a shot to see if he can be the one to give it. He definitely is not in my long-term plans after this season.

    I've followed the Twins since the early 70's but it was Kirby that made me passionate about being a Twins fan.
