He should not. If he is not producing or is hurt he needs to be replaced or go on IL.
Same for Buxton we now have a true replacement CF in Taylor and hiding Buxton at DH is not the answer.
Had a free weekend of HBO over Thanksgiving so I recorded all 10 episodes to eventually watch.
I agree with your observations and actually considered not watching the rest but glad I stuck it out.
It's stupid long. Does he even think he wants to play that many more year?
Personally, I'd gone for a shorter contract with higher average, maybe 8 years / $35M for $280M.
I doubt either one of Kepler or Kirilloff are tradeable until they are on the field and prove they are healthy.
Especially Kirilloff trying to come back from his wrist surgery. Has any athlete actually had this surgery and a
successful career afterwards? Kepler needs to earn his position and if Wallner or whomever beats him out
in ST so be it.
A few miles Southwest of Freeman? My older brother was the owner's HS classmate.
My family farm is 7 1/2 miles straight south of Freeman on US 81.
We milked also but I think we maxed out at 30-40. That was one of the reasons I moved on ASAP.
Agreed. He is not the missing piece, just one of many.
Gio played SS for the Yankees. He could have held that position down
until Lewis was ready giving him all the time he needed to recuperate.
I truly hope that Correa turns down every offer the Twins present him.
I've seen numerous posters that want to trade Keppler, not sure what he is worth in trade if anything
until he proves he is healthy. My guess is that he is our RF when the season starts and Wallner is in AAA.
Wallner was brought up in 2022 to replace Kepler in RF and get his feet wet,
who said anything about him backing up Buxton???? Not me.
Gordon and Celestino backed up CF in 2022 and that probably continues in 2023.
Ober's destiny may be the BP but I bet the Twins will give him a chance to prove he can stay healthy first.
I think its more likely Maeda is move to the BP.
