5 game winning streak on the line for more ... Which paddack will show up ???

I can't resist ... Trade Duran and throw Rocco in as a bonus , just kidding ... Duran has showed better performance this year , last year he started the year on IL list and didn't seem to be the same pitcher when he returned , good but not great ... This year is alot different , he's on his game as long as he doesn't pitch in the 7th or 8th to often ...

Sabato still at Wichita , will he ever get a promotion to AAA ??? Preilipp healthy is the main reason to be encouraged , time for a promotion to AAA and see how that works out , then to the bullpen with the twins and manage his pitch count there if he earns it ...

Was on the road mostly and caught some of the game here and there on the radio , I did catch the 8th inning double by Lee , 2 rbis , happy for him that he came through in the clutch and helping his team to a 5 game winning streak and sweep of Baltimore .... After the poor start o the season I never envisioned that we would get this close to 500 , yes we played a few poor teams , white Sox , angels and also the orioles plus taking 2 from red Sox ... Baltimore is in a funk scoring runs , they gets hits but can't seem to get runners in scoring position to cross the plate , Baltimore lost veterans Santander and their 1 year rental ace pitcher Burnes who I'm sure is missed ... Never imagined Baltimore would be 10 games under 500 , I'm sure they will bounce back some but being in the east division they can't fall back any further ...

Which statistics are most alarming ... Sorry I can't resist ... Owners, front office and Rocco and his coaching staff , they are not CONTENDERS , they are PRETENDERS ...

Another win , 4 in arow , tied for previous win streak , maybe we can make it 5 in arow on the matinee game Thursday afternoon ... Buxton when 100 percent healthy he is everything we always expected , appreciate his health he is clicking on his 5 tool make-up ,,, Here's hoping it last a long time ... If varland can harness his command , he's going to be very good coming out of the bullpen for years ... Our 3 offseason acquisitions performed well ...

Lee has no wheels , to run on rushmann you need speed and lee isn't fleet a foot ...

The more the better ...

Get rid of the manager ...

It's hurting him ...

Lewis is still sore running , no speed ... Another blunder by the evaluators ... He doesn't seem healed and he wasn't tearing the cover off the ball on rehab , why bother bringing him back when not 100 percent ... His enthusiasm is nice to see ...

Bringing up a prospect or a player developed on the farm excites fans alittle more than players that were waived ... Keaschall is a good example of a prospect and mcusker is a feel good story with 3 years in the twins system ...

The twins clicked tonight in team effort .... Starting Pitching , hitting , defense and bullpen all did their jobs ... A nice win , 3 in a row actually makes it a winning streak ...

The front office has faith in the players ( Falvey's word in interview ) ... The front office has no quts , are slow at making changes or just plain stubborn and has no faith in our prospects ...

Ɓuck truck , 3 rbi's

Getting to the game late , Provus said Lopez had 5 outstanding innings , why isn't he pitching the sixth , I suppose his outstanding innings he threw to many pitches ...

But with the small sample size Bride and Clemens has with the twins , the front office likes what they see for the time being ... I too would have to agree with management this time , the defense should be better with Bride and Clemens on the team and any offense from them is a plus ...

baseball is the hardest sport to play , round ball and round bat , physically and mentally goes into the equation as well ... Julian gave us some hope with his hitting in 2023 , but his fielding was terrible but did get alittle better in 2023 , 2024 was a disaster with the bat and glove , 2025 hasn't been much better as he continues to be mentally messed up at fielding , running bases and even pitch selection ... I get the impression his game could be so mental that he believes he doesn't belong in the major leagues , he does seem lost mentally in playing the game ... few reach the majors and fewer thrive in the sport ... I can't resist , few GM's reach the majors and fewer thrive at their positions , baseball is a difficult sport ...

I'm not sure the front office did any betting ... They live on hope ... The front office was stagnant once again , no aggressiveness during the off season to trade some players to free up money for a better grade of players ( an everyday player that could slot in and hit and produce ) ... It was a mistake , a mistake that the front office has been making since the 2022 deadline ( they thought we were contenders and made trades , Lopez, mahle and others ) , we were not contenders in 2022 but in 2023 we were and they did nothing at that deadline or 2024 deadline ... Gun shy at deadline trades is my guess or yes lack of payroll ... They add veterans , some have worked out , some have not , they don't invest wisely late in the off season ( i wouldn't want them as my investment broker ) , they usually over spend for a declining veteran ( gallo for one ) , the front office hasn't been good at evaluating talent to make this team click ... What the front office has been the best at is dumpster diving , and we know the disaster that has been ... I can't resist , front office has been a TOTAL SYSTEM FAILURE at constructing an exciting baseball team ... 2019 was exciting with the bombas , late 2023 and the playoffs were exciting , but everything else has not been exciting , just 2019 and 2023 seasons ... I still follow my Twins because I have a passion for baseball , I live for opening day , everything in between and then the world series ( it would be nice if the twins could get there again )... My friends think I'm crazy , if I am crazy , it's the only thing that's kept me from going insane ...

Great article nick ... It seems when we get good pitching we get lousy hitting and defense ... When we get better hitting the bullpen let's us down ... No complaints on starting pitching , and I concur 1 of the 3 starters will be traded at deadline if we're sinking ... This team is out of sync ... How can a fan expect the twins to win on any given day when the performances on hitting , defense and bullpen screws up ... Last 2 days the games were nail biters, edge of your seat , cross your fingers and your toes and hope the twins win ... The twins did win two 1 run wins , it's a re-start again , Baltimore and San Francisco at home isn't going to be easy ..

The affiliates battles some hard fought and some easily and They rose all as one ... I thought I was going to read alot better minor league daily update than this one , subtitle like that would tell a person it was a clean sweep for the day ...

It's a win and that's just fine ... A little sloppy on the communication for the second game in a row , yesterday it was Correa and Clemens , today it was larnach and bride , the ball drops between them and official scorer can't figure out who made the error so he went the easy way out and gave it a hit , someone has to be given an error , these are professional players and my grandmother could of caught that ... That missed catch is on Rocco and his lack of fielding practice , you have new players that haven't worked much together , you better have them practicing together so they can avoid these mistakes ... we took the series against Boston and road trip was 3 wins and 4 losses ... The road trip could of been worse and it could have been better , we should of won more games in Cleveland and I didn't think we would beat crochet and Boston ... I'm just speaking the truth , something I wish falvey would tell the fans or at least take the responsibility of this team performance ... One thing I'm seeing on this last road trip is some players taking an outside pitch to the opposite field , if that continues that will boost players performances , guaranteed ...

A series win , who would have thunk it...

So far so good , 1 more Duran , 1 more ...

Makes sense , but does Rocco have any ??? Couldn't resist
