For a team that has a window of opportunity from 2023 , we sure have alot of rookies on this roster ... Not saying it's a bad thing or a good thing , it just seems weird after we had a good season pitching last year ...

I hope everyone gets there hope , because that is exactly what it is , this time of season , ( HOPE ) .... Varlands melt down on Saturday , they waited probably alittle to long to move him to bullpen , lightning doesn't always strike in the same place , I hope he can give us better innings like last years version from the bullpen ...

We need a bigger boat ... The Twins are sinking faster than the titanic did .... 1 inning they flex there muscles and no clutch hitting on opportunities throughout the rest of the game ... They score 3 runs on softer contact balls in play , then the rest of the game they are swinging hard and trying to elevate it when they need to adjust there approach and get a .single or double down the line , they once agaiin had opportunities , but once again they failed to capitalize on it .....

It's been a total system failure , ownership and FO for not adding depth in 2024 , after the disaster season of injuries in 2022 they went out in the off season and added depth for 2023 and we managed to win division and break the losing streak in the playoffs ... Cutting payroll for 2024 was not a recipe for success , it was back to the dumpster diving with a prayer that they could contend , they again went the wrong direction with acquiring injury prone players ( desclafini again and relying on stewart and paddock that are injury prone ) ... With all that and a coaching staff that can't seem to win with implementing small ball and fundamentals into the game along with the analytics is also a total system failure ... I've watched almost all the games and other teams beat us with the small ball and analytics , why Rocco why can't you play small ball ... It game starts with coaching and the players reflect it ...

Nothing to write home about ... a 3 and 3 homestand was better than the previous homestand but it is not encouraging baseball ... I know santana is a older player , but he plays like a younger one , will the twins re-sign him or let him walk ( leads the twins in homers and rbi's ) -
I did not get a chance to watch or listen to game today ... Pleasantly surprised we rose to the occasion , lately the twins have gotten screwed without even being kissed but ... Wow , 5 rbi's for Lee ... 5 for 8 with runners in scoring position and only 5 left on base .... WOW , What took so long to figure That out .... Another short outing by Festa , but bullpen which sometimes doesn't get the credit , they get the credit today ....

They may be as flat as the rest of the team right now , but Miranda has disappointed me since the Allstar game ... Actually larnach is better than previous years , he's still learning to hit the off speed and done better this year with it ... Vazquez is defensively fine and any hitting you get from a catcher is a plus , he actually too is better this season , still hitting the ball hard but nothing to show for it ... Have a good night , tonight's game was tough to watch , but we managed to get through it , didn't we ???

I watched the whole game the twins lost 15 to nothing I think a week or so ago , i don't know why ... Ivguessxill do the same tonight and I don't know why !!!!

Everything is on the manager , starting with the lineup and then a rah rah pep talk to attack but be patient ... Does Rocco know how to energize the team , just adding buxton and Correa isn't enough to have a winning atmosphere ...

Buxton showed no rust tonight , Correa who has been out longer with no rehab might be slow out of the gate ... Glad to have them back regardless , hope they spark the team ...

I really should just say no comment on the game !!!! But really what has happened to acala , why can't they get him back on track , no Homer's first half and a crazy amount of Homer's the second half .... His velocity is still upper 90's , has he just lost command and can't locate , is he fatigued , is he tipping his pitches , he's just walking to many and to many hits . Can't our coaching staff fix him ... Our bullpen that looked good on paper in the spring just keeps coming of the tracks , the train is just about wrecked ... With the score close , I wasn't to ecstatic acala was coming in to pitch ...

Wallner has been good and hopefully will continue on getting better during the seasons , what concerns me is the playoffs when your facing better pitching ,, he hasn't proven anything there yet , 11 plate appearances , no hits , 3 walks and 5 strikeouts in 8 at bats
