    My eye test says he was lights out his rookie year , following year he was very good but slipped some , This year he definitely isn't showing his dominant self , could it be the injury to start the season , he has three pitches , they're all hitable if the battter knows what's coming , he does get beat more often on his secondary pitches than his fastball ..

    Really early in the morning to comprehend this article , shocked that a teammate would do something like this to deny his other teammates a chance at glory ... What a let down ... Does he get to keep his signing bonus ??? , put the screws to him and take it away ...

    9-11 2001 , 23 years ago on this day there was no baseball games played , where has the time gone ... The Jax's should have requested Rocco ride in one of the planes and shake him up some into a better manager ...

    Nice win , 2 in arow ( seems like along time that has happened )... It would be nice to have a good lead off hitter that gets on base so wallner doesn't hit so many solo homeruns ... Vazquez has been a better player this year and I'm sure everyone is agreeable that he is worth his 10 million salary this year .... Farmer is earning his paycheck lately , rather see farmer as a pinch hitter than Margot as he was activated before the game and sat on the bench where he belongs ... Sands earns the win pitching 2/3rds of an inning , I thought he should of pitched another inning , I guess with the off day today he gets alittle rest before he's called into a game with the reds ... Mr grand slam gave it his all , his all wasn't quite enough , but a double was nice , and 2 hits for the night too ... Duran got the job done , but made it alittle stressful once again ... Twins win the series ...

    Watkins has been getting runners thrown our at home for years , my observation of his sending runners is , he sends the slow a foot and holds the fast runner far to often ... Slow a foot runner is out by fifteen feet usually ... Close but no cigar , Watkins has had job security but the time has come to change up some of the coaches especially since our window of opportunity is open as contenders ...

    Alittle magic came our way tonight, a double digit win ( seems like for ever since the last one ) ... The bats had bloops and blasts , wallners homer had to be farther than the estimate , it was a blast ... Also worth mentioning ... Keirsey Jr played good defense and got his first career hit , Congratulations ... Juliens error caused by umpire blocking his view , kind of almost wrecked Pablo's night , 4 unearned runs almost wreaked the fans night too as angels closed the gap to within 2 runs , glad the twins were able to answer right back and score more runs ...

    What if there wasn't a wildcard position , we'd be just playing out the season ... Aspirations in the spring Are to win the division and not settle for a wildcard and get lucky , second best is not my goal and it shouldn't be for the team either ... Remember there never used to be a wildcard and teams had to fight alot harder to get to the playoffs and win a division , the focus was much stronger when there wasn't a wildcard , the game isn't played today with the same luster of yesteryears ...

    If I can't say anything nice about FO or Rocco , I won't say anything ... I am just not a supporter of the FO and managers way of running a baseball team ... I could say more but it wouldn't be nice ...

    small sample size on Miller but yes he wasn't a good manager , Rocco is my choice because I've had to put up with his ridiculous strategy of baseball with barely any fundamentals ...

    One always has to wonder ... As the team makes changes on a regular basis with the players , one would think that the coaching staff would be in for some changes too ... The coaches have been here for quite a spell , without naming names you and I see some coaches that definitely need to be let go and replaced ... Loyalty has been the pohlads way , and that's comforting for job security , but it's time to make coaching changes , we the fans hollered after the 2022 season for changes and none happened except the trainer ... Changes can be good with new fresh voices , happens all the time in other organization ...

    The kid has worked hard , he faced years of adversity with injuries , he has been healthy for over 2 years and his production has improved each healthy year ... Thanks for the article and I wish keirsey Jr, well ...

    The season is coming to an end ... Went by to fast but many things were accomplished , players showed off there skills and got promoted , some deserving and some maybe not deserving due to replacing injuries .... They are all prospects and professionals regardless of their age , they all came to play ... The fans were rewarded with alot of good baseball , the future looks bright with some good drafting from the past few years ....

    Right now Lewis needs some adjustments , shorten up the swing to catch up to the fastball ... Hopefully soon that baseball will look like a beach ball and he'll be is own self ..... Maybe Rocco put a jinx on him when he said come to play ( second base ...)

    Thìs homestand will tell the story , last homestead was probably the worst since 2022 ... If I was FO and the team loses this homestand , I wouldn't wait For the end of the season , I'd fire him and get Toby to finish out the season and playoffs ... This team is made up of young professional ball players , Rocco and his coaches has to find a way to reach the talent and make them better , learning never stops ... If thè coaches and Rocco aren't teaching these players anything , they are definitely ruining alotof talented ball players ...

    The second paragraph , to little to late is how this FO works , maybe with the bad season the FO thinks they can sign him to a 1 year , 5 million prove yourself deal , the FO and Rocco have liked Kepler , has to be for his defense because the fans all thought he was a streaky hitter ..

    Kepler ; Time to move on , I've always loved his defense but he has always been a streaky hitter and just not productive when it matters most , yes i know he has alot of walk off hits , but in to many instances he just wasnt clutch enough with runners in scoring position ... His high lights are 3 homer games against Bauer .... Thanks max , but sorry the time has come for your next chapter with another team ....

    A deflating gutless defeat , the manager needs to find ways to win with the players he has , he is stubborn as a mule and won'tor can't improvise ... HE has all the answers on his spread sheets but continues to fail the test ...

    Remember when Correa got hit by a pitch in 2022 , Lewis got called up to play shortstop , we all thought he played the position well in Correa absence , then the centefield injury and I'm not sure he has ever played SS since ... Why isn't he an option at shortstop while Correa is injured , who's better lee or Lewis ... I to believe , in a pennant race you shouldn't have a player learning a new position .. We should be used to it by now , shouldn't we ... I'll answer that , NO ...

    I didn't get to watch or listen to the game but was pleasantly surprised we won when̈ i looked up the results , julien finally hits a homerun , first since april or may and a 3 run homer at that , tip your hat to miranda and Santana for getting some bloops and then a blast from Julien ... Also that Kepler was finally put on injured list and twins promoted keirsey Jr ... Good luck kid , believe in yourself and good things will happen , you earned it ...
