That was Bell's first RBI since the 5th.

He still leads though, right?

Some here complain about swing at the first pitch, but the lack of said same does not help at all.

Um, compared to a two-run lead, or three or more?  I guess by definition, yeah.

/ edit - on second reading, that was the joke, right?

For NHL fans, many analysts say a 2 goal lead is the most dangerous lead in hockey during playoff season.

I can’t imagine a more dangerous lead than 1-0 early in a baseball game

Ober's fast balls seem to be all ober the place but if he wants mimic The Wild Thing, he has to get closer to the batter.

I mean, with Bobby Witt out... Could the KC series be doable?

We did great with Jose Ramirez out! Lol, I thought the same. Kurtz may be getting back by the time we play Oakland

He might consider not throwing anymore fastballs.  Sweepers, sliders, curves.  He needs to get below hitting speed since he really can't get above it.

The rules say the pitching rubber has to be 60' 6" from home plate, and it's a balk and/or automatic ball if you start your delivery from anywhere forward of it.
