Kreidler is an ideal utility player and would be on 100% of playoff rosters 

Use insults when others disagree, that's a good technique.  He is almost 29, and was waived twice by the Tigers and Pirates.  Doesn't seem like a lot of teams are screaming for his services.  He couldn't even beat out Tristan Gray coming out of spring training, so the Twins weren't even that high on him.

The fact remains his career batting average is .186, there is no disputing that.

And his career batting average is .186, that is what I stated.  When he started playing more it was at .295, so I think there is a pattern there that says he is closer to a .200 hitter when playing regularly.

Yoendrys Gomez’ career ERA is 4.33. Can’t possibly be a closer or capable of being a worthwhile reliever. Right?

And there was no personal insult. You’re incapable of realizing players can get better in their professional career evidently.

Kreidler is the type of player that has always been in the Twins system.  Whether it was Farmer, Astudillo, Punto, or Denny Hocking if you want to go back that far.  A scrappy player that doesn't put up great numbers but is a dog out in the field and typically gives quality AB's.  None of those players were ever going to be All-Stars of HOF.  They're the little guy everyone loves to root for.  Many people were saying the same thing about Clemens last year and, as of now, that has turned out ok.  Willi Castro was a FA signing seemingly out of baseball until Rocco called him.  These players are exciting to watch.

Finally, we need to root for him since he is the current best option we have at the position.  Don't @ me about Culpepper.  Let's see if he stays healthier longer than Czar Nicholas II's son with hemophilia first before we crown him the second coming.

I dunno.  At the moment he's 1-for-2 today.  That brings him up to  .188.

First he is three years younger thank Kreidler which is a huge difference and I am happy with what he is doing.  Will it be sustainable for three more months, I hope so.  Castro is probably a better example but he came to us when he was 25, and probably had been called up too early.  

Kreidler  is not a player I am going to count on at this point in his career.  Let's raise the bar on quality rather getting all these AAAA types in their late 20's who have shown nothing in their career hoping we are going to magically turn them into a ball player.  Where has that gotten us the last 10 years.
