I'm not sure Cole Sands is the answer, but I have more faith in him than I do Lawrence.  I hope Sands comes off the IL soon.

Plenty of blame to go around for that dismal loss.  Not as bad as 8-0, but still not good.

They both mean a horrible fan unfriendly, team unfriendly, unnecessary bullpen crippling final straw trade.

Varland's OPS-against is almost as low as OUTman's OPS-for.  Imagine a pitcher who turns the average hitter practically into James Outman.  Yes, it means something.  😁

Would you be curious what SWR's OPS-against is?  😁  He turns the average hitter into Juan Soto.

What a thoroughly dispiriting, disappointing, disgusting loss.  

One big hate sandwich served up to the fans, courtesy of the incompetent FO and uninterested players.  What the hell is a guy like Lawrence is being willingly acquired for any price?  And then put into a tie game as his debut? Is there anyone in the FO or the dugout with a lick of sense?

And lest I go on a rant about the brain farts between the lines, not recognizing Baseball 101, nor playing hard at all times- that is simply unforgivable for a struggling team like this one.
