Yes, that's what I said?

I read "Dallas d leaving our players wide open" differently than you intended, I guess.

Dallas went for it on 4th and 7 at that spot... why?

Their defense can't stop us right now and the clock is running out

Or they weren't worried about the Vikings offense in a late game situation.

This is looking like the easiest three and out all game. And what can KOC do here? He's going to get ripped if he doesn't run it to waste time/TOs and he'll get ripped if JMac throws another bad pass.

Playoffs and tankathon dreams dead tonight. Cool, cool.

I wanted a top pick if this team wasn't going to compete. That ship already sailed though so I guess sure, I'll trade three draft slots to screw over Dallas.

Yeah, I'm that petty.

And when I complain about it in May, you can all forget I said this.

Next week we play NYG who are terrible. So awesome, we're gonna finish 7-10 at worst and 9-8 at best missing the playoffs.... Can't wait to pick in no man's land at 16 overall.

A few thoughts -

1) JJ played really well today. Looked in control, we had 9 drives and scored on 6 of them. Woo-hoo.

2) O-line gave up zero sacks and looked pretty solid in the run, despite the low avg. That probably has a lot to do with why #1 happened.

3) Flores defense has been punching above its weight all year.

4) Special teams sucked a bit tonight.

Yeah winning doesn’t help draft position but I sure do love a win against Dallas. I know a lot of cowboy fans. Did not expect a win tonight and they needed one to keep their hopes alive. That was a fun game. Best of the year IMO. McCarthy inaccurate but no longer totally lost it seems (I’m scared to say)

He was 13-16 when targeting anyone not named Jefferson, 2-8 when targeting him. He'll get there.

Obviously I'd prefer better draft position, but I can't complain that the QB and the coach are starting to find a better rhythm.

Make no mistake....JJ is still highly erratic throwing the ball and they are going to have to put in a lot of work this offseason, but he might be the guy.  He's certainly making much better decisions in the pocket and that's the kind of growth you want to see.  Clean up his base and maybe he won't try to remove JJ's arms at the shoulders every time he throws it to him.

Run game was solid and KOC stuck with it.  Progress!

Pass rush was amped - Greenard looked absolutely unblockable today.

Jordan Mason runs like he wants to punish defenses.  I hope we keep him around.

Hockeson actually looked like the TE we traded for last night!

THEY CANT EVEN CHOKE  RIGHT

The bad teams ahead of the Vikings are not winning. Because they’re really bad. Realistically the Vikings were never cracking the top 5 or 6 unless they lost out, and that was pretty unlikely with Washington and the giants on the schedule. Last night was thoroughly enjoyable. Winning is always preferred to losing unless you’re really really bad and have like two wins. Haven’t been that bad in my lifetime

Gotta start them early on Vike football.  My 3 YO daughter's favorite Vike was Donkey Culpepper.

This is one of the best things ever, and a great fantasy football team name to boot.
