It's like we are watching a game of MLB2K and they didn't put in sound clips for the announcers to say new things further into the overtime innings.

• Tom Verducci — reporter

in the past I would sync my TV with radio broadcast using an electronic delay adapter. I wish I would have set this up for tonight’s game.

I respect that effort. I’ll sit and complain about an analyst I don’t like, but I’m not going to go through the effort to do anything about it

I have muted the TV and am listening to the Seattle radio broadcast via MLB at bat. The delay is not bad. Almost in sync with no effort on my part

Back in 1986 the best extra inning games was between Houston and new York  Mets  , 16 innings and the extra innings were more interesting than the first nine , mets would score , Houston we would comeback and score and on and on it went both teams scoring until mets scored 3 in the 16th and Houston scored 2 and left a runner on third ...

A heck of a battle and I believe it was the deciding game and mets went on to win world series  against Boston and Bill Buckner...

alot of us old timers have seen more of these than we want ,   Baseball at its best  this time of year
