Josh Naylor, the noted speedster has 22 stolen bases this year.  It's not all about speed, it is a team choice to play station to station ball as they have done

....and making up a bunch of B.S. when you are losing games and the owners have no plan to raise team to a winning level.

Sorry...makes no sense...there are more players on the roster than those two. So, you were not "aggressive" due to 2 players....also being aggressive goes beyond just stealing bases.

Did you see how many times Castro got thrown out "being aggressive"? Or remember Miranda the few times he was on base? They were not aggressive because the players were totally lost on the bases, Watkins had no clue what to do in coaches box, and Correa and France were not moving more than one base at a time.

Keaschall has injected some aggressiveness/speed into the team, Lewis seems to have his legs under him again, and the team in general now seems to be able to go first-to-third and second-to-home a little better, but this new found aggressiveness has also run them into outs (Lee against the Athletics was the latest example). I think the team is playing a little looser because the players have been able to settle into more defined roles.

Well.....Rocco has had a chance the last few weeks. .not sure if the actual calls during the actual game had anything to do with Correa making the decision. Shirley knows..

Well...my point is that Rocco could have had chances previously to coach it ..I don't totally disagree....but managing it previously was simply not present...isnt it part of the manager and coaches' job to help them not be lost on the baes .and ..let's get hits..which is part of the game...pitching supervision...

Analytics don't value stolen bases, so the Twins have not been a running team.  It was the same on the pitching side, where teams run on us because stolen bases have no or little value in the analytics world.  So now they are now going against the analytics, so I wonder if Rocco isn't going off the reservation finally.

Rocco is from RI...very common to use it as a middle name...for a male

Poor old Griffin Jax is giving up runs at a furious clip of late.

Remember how bad he was early in the year. People wanted him gone
