Of course TC bullpen in is up SWR has gone 5 innings and 82 pitches 2 hits and a W.

Of course...two starting pitchers with ERAs north of 5.0...surprised there was not more runs...Twins had better pad their lead.

Your top 3 relievers are probably unavailable and yet they are in a rush to SWR because they won't let him face a lineup a third time.  Take the training wheels off, he has been here a year and a half, it is time.  This is where the quick hook hurts, it's the next game or games that are impacted more than the current game.

Larnach gets a steak dinner tonight from SWR  if twins hold on to win ...

That reminds me, it's HyVee steak night in Ames, IA until 7 PM.  $12.00 gets you a nice steak, green beans, a baked potato, and Texas toast.  I might have to bail early ...

Coulombe and a rested Sands are my first choices. A rested Sands often errs wildly though.

I used to live in Des Moines and worked in Ames for awhile. Love the city.

You can always take a radio.

Wow. If he isn't ripe for the picking now he never will be. Cmon Matt

Damn you won't get more meatball than that.

Keeping Rocco "bullpen burner" Baldelli through '26 is idiotic.

See ya Matty.  I think you need a break.  Go to the golf course tomorrow and fix that swing.

Maybe time to see a psychiatrist...his facial expression was awful after the last bat.

Yup.

That's a case of a manager ignoring warning signs.

He got the 1st hitter out. Thought he had Buxton rung up. Missed on ball 4 and went 2-1 on Larnach. Unless 4 pitches is adequate to see warning signs. I think he was more rattled by the throwing error. But then again. Just my opinion.

I remember thinking AK and Larnach were duplicative and that one should be traded. AK's all-field unicorn swing probably contributed to his wrist issues. Catching the ball out front just "hurts" less and is a much more reliable path to success. It feels like we should have known and traded AK.

Now what to do with Royce and Jenkins... Big time gambles to trade OR keep. Being a GM is hard.

The problem is though under Rocco ball we are going to need at least 4 relievers.  So who will get the save opportunity Sands or Coulombe.  I have to believe Duran, Jax and Varland are out.  This is why Ryan should have come out for the 7th inning last night, then you would have Varland available tonight.

Detroit won 8-0 today...hate to see what is waiting for the Twins this weekend...it would be great for the Twins to sweep 🙃

I do not expect TC to score 8 runs the whole DET series
