Glove, not bat.

Yes but he did have at least one great play there.. in contrast to the play at the hot corner the previous evening.

Right? Talk about feast or famine when it comes to fan support

We need to expect and demand more from Royce and the twins -rest of month schedule =few wins

Since returning he has been a force on defense and offense

after the collision , we all thought C.C. would be the one out for awhile,  i did anyway, this buxton thing i hope dont turn into Morneau in 2010 --  he was constantly trying to return and couldnt-  remember  and his collision looked minor

I'm not saying we shouldn't have higher expectations then what is being presented, but put the pitchfork away 🙄

Royce Lewis had 337 PAs before making his infamous slump comments to the media. He's now had exactly 337 PAs since making those comments.

Before:

.319 / .377 / .606

After:

.190 / .252 / .330

The baseball gods do not **** around.

So math says he will turn the corner tomorrow.

Hopefully that means his penance has been paid.

He should sacrifice something as well.  Maybe a bunt, maybe the Spartan homer helmet

Of the Twins boys playing today, ,  France Vazquez and Jeffers , to me, are the ones I expected more of; Lee is good for practicing butt clenching, Clemens, spin the bottle, but so far Larnach and Correa are OK.

Royce is going through it right now. Mechanics are awful. Confidence is shot. Has an unending urge to be the hero. I'm not going to jump on the 'he sucks' bandwagon but I'm also unsure as to how he sees his way out of this slump because there's just so much going on with him. When Correa and Buxton were struggling, they needed a few tweaks to get right. With Royce, he needs a complete reset starting with how he swings the bat. Just not sure it is in the cards for him in 2025.

Before , Big League pitchers were still seeing what he was; after, they figured him out.

Let's just get out of here without anyone else getting hurt. Bader technically got hurt against KC.
