Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2024 Posted July 20, 2024 Eovaldi and Kikuchi not endearing out of the chute here. Flaherty now.. hmm..
jimbo92107 Verified Member Posted July 20, 2024 Posted July 20, 2024 When healthy, Randy Dobnak has been a pretty reliable ground ball pitcher. I pull for him because of his back story, a personal struggle through satellite leagues. He actually looked good before he started getting stymied by little injuries, especially the one to his forefinger. Hard to throw a baseball before that completely heals. SD happy 1

stringer bell Verified Member Posted July 20, 2024 Posted July 20, 2024 30-47-50-72. Has there ever been a Twins’ infield with higher numbers (in total)? At some point Martin could replace Santana (with Julien at first, then it would be 47-82-50-72. Doctor Gast 1

TwinsCD Verified Member Posted July 20, 2024 Posted July 20, 2024 I feel like Brooks needs one of those chin straps we used to wear on our helmets in t-ball just so it stays on his head when he swings. Patzky, USAFChief and Doctor Gast 3

Most of us aren't in the demographic that MLB wants to target with all these new threads. I'm watching the Dodgers right now and they're wearing their alternates and I will never understand how a team with a jersey as iconic as the Dodgers would ever go away from it for a single home game. Say what you want about the Yankees but at least they told MLB to go pound sand when the idea was presented to them. USAFChief, MMMordabito and Patzky 3
