I wouldn't either but I've seen a few head scratching calls on similar plays. I think catchers and umpires have gotten better at it recently, but it just was not enforced consistently and sometimes poorly in the early going

MLB tv freezes up a lot for me too. Did it right before the last pitch two nights ago. Annoying

Weird. The last couple years for me it's been almost flawless. Takes a little while to boot up when I open the app, but from then on it works really great for me.

When I first tried it several years ago it was awful. I came back to it reluctantly, but have been pleasantly surprised.

Yeah it is sometimes slow to boot up, sometimes opens up to yesterday’s game. I think you have to make sure to exit the app every night.

Then again it’s free for me with the t mobile deal so they maybe they give me the cheap-o version 😂
