This loss made me sick. Jax? Duran? Our go-to guys both melted down. 

A terrible way to end this homestand.  Doumit!

Twins Bullpen are so terrible all year.   Jax, Duran and Pagan are not very reliable.   Very disappointing.   I have absolutely no confidence in bullpen.

Find a good restaurant, a nice bar, a great sightline at Target Field, surrounded by super friendly fans. Depends on whether your needs are for a Twins win or an experience.

You hit the nail on the head. I would be disappointed in the trip, if the Twins lost.  But it would be fun to be surrounded by 35,000 screaming Twins fans pulling together for the Twins to win. I experienced that in 1987 and 1988 when I visited lovely Minneapolis. I don't get to experience that in North Carolina. Thanks David, for helping me think more clearly about an October visit when the Twins will be the home team for 2 or 3 playoff games.

What did we learn today?

one strike away from a 2-1 win and then your go-to closer throws a pitch like that. Games like this really erode any confidence that this team can succeed in post season (assuming they don't totally melt down this weekend) You just can't lose games like they did.

what we learned? That 6 above .500 is the absolute ceiling for this team. And it won't be good enough.
