Merely grazing the uniform is sufficient for it to be a tag, so the baserunner may not be aware if a legal tag is made.  He has other things on his mind in that instant anyway.

I think he has some Radke in him. He's a control artist and if he's off, even the slightest, the results are way different.

My slant is Moran was cruising & they didn’t want to use up another arm in ninth…….Sands would be the probable exchange for Kuechel…….however, after the performance a couple days ago, can we seriously think the Twins will let Jorge Lopez pitch for them again…….in ‘23?

Mental health stint on IL followed up with some good and bad since his return. Then this week happens……upper deck 2-run homer followed by 3 different guys getting hit by pitch. Brutal to watch & worse to experience!!! Can’t imagine Lopez has anything left mentally at this point. Needs some re-set and a DFA may be in his near future.

Great win taking advantage of Lynn throwing meatballs over the plate. Julien being young needs to use the Cave rule, has to run out of the box. That was a double not a single if he didn't stand there watching the ball. He did have a nice slide at home for a insurance run. Ryan needs to use some off speed to start the game,even you and I know he's throwing a fastball to start the game. Tonight Gray has to show up and pitch much better.

It was actually nice to see the team jumping on those first pitch fastballs instead of taking strike 1. 12 pitches in and they were up 5-1.

Most of the time one of the goals is to make the pitcher throw a lot of pitches and get him out of the game early. It may have been the opposite last night--keep Lynn in the game as long as possible so they can hit off him instead of a reliever.
