It's been the wrist. He's come up and hit the ball hard and then diminished as the wrist pain has increased, kind of similar to Trevor Larnach--playing with an injury that suppresses good numbers. This probably justifies slow-rolling his recall and the slow ramp-up he has experienced in his rehab.
