Falvey certainly has all the answers. He is a good communicator.

Basically he said nothing other than letting us know that Farmer will be our starting SS. Which is fine.

LoL He feels really good about Farmer playing shortstop for us.  So good in fact that he offered $285M to have someone else play shortstop.

Thanks East Coast, for having this video assessable to us. This video shows Falvey's lunacy, We had our best CF defense that we've had for years, our prior downfall is mainly because of Buxton's health & Cave as sub. I don't care how good Gallo is at the corners or that he has played CF He's Not Profiled to Play CF so you don't substitute him instead of someone who is. 

This kind of thinking will lead to believe that Gordon can play SS or 2B on the MLB level (I don't care if he has played there) which he can't. That Arraez can play 2B (I don't care that he's played there), he can't, That Farmer is our every day SS, which he can't because he can't hit RHPs which we'll face over 80% of the time, Or Farmer is a viable catcher sub (I don't care if he has played there)

The idea is our FO is to make us better not worse. Why spend $11MM to increase our corner OF/ 1B lefty bat glut when everybody else is offering him "let's prove it" money? If FO isn't crazy then their "plan" is to sabotage the Twins. Either way this FO needs to be fired before they cause any more damage.

I don't care that they didn't sign Correa, Turner, Boegart, Swanson, Rodon or any other big name FA. What gets me going is this type of bonehead move which leads to other bonehead moves which compromise this team & their legitimacy to compete.

I was excited to hear that, until I heard Doogie ask the first question, in which Doogie himself tried to justify FOR FALVEY, why Joey Gallo was a good signing. It was clear it was going to be Twins promotional material from there, no tough questions.

And Carlos Correa's name must be like the Candyman, neither man dare spoke it out loud, even though Falvey stammered for a second at the end when discussing Farmer.

After that interview, I'm honestly more disappointed in Doogie. Give us something new, there are plenty of non-meatball questions that could have been asked, and it wouldn't have had to be confrontational.
