He'd be an All Star if not for all the bad outings.
PDX Twin Verified Member Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 Let's let Pagan finish the game now. Save the real bullpen.
MMMordabito Verified Member Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 Pagan should get charged the earned run anyway, just for sucking so much in front of his teammates.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 But why is he still in the game?

Battle ur tail off Verified Member Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 DFA after game. Bring up any old wet blanket. Take Rocco’s toys away so he doesn’t get hurt. Make him use our better arms

IndyTwinsFan Verified Member Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 I would hope this will be Pagan's last game appearance for the Twins. However, it probably won't be. Frustrating, to say the least!
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 Emilio Pagan is a REALLY bad pitcher.

Steve71 Verified Member Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 Pagan is such an enigma. Great arm, can't get any one out consistently.
jkcarew Verified Member Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 Can’t believe we’re behind in the 6th inning…us having already hit one single.
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 Hard to imagine what buxton was looking at
insagt1 Verified Member Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 Horrible inning all around. Pagan just cannot be trusted at all. The 'd' fell apart. And why can't any starter go more than 5 innings? Is this a new MLB rule? guy was pitching a shutout. Up until a year ago, that meant he stayed in until either his arm fell off or he coughed up a run or two. Bigger issue at the moment is that Twins aren't hitting a lick. (of course neither were the Jays until the batting practice machine was inserted.)

mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 With all the outfield and bullpen issues, i put it on Buxton-correa and polanco to carry this team when needed, where they been ?????????????????

gil4 Verified Member Posted August 5, 2022 Posted August 5, 2022 That thirst strike the to Buxton was so right down the middle it crossed up the catcher. He tried to frame it to the outside, then to the inside, then finally just threw it around.

Great stuff, but has no idea where it's going. If he makes another appearance with the Twins ( I hope not) watch where the catcher sets up. It's never close.
