Is there a conspiracy within MLB to put all Twins games at the time of day that I am least likely to be able to watch them?

Yes there is we had a meeting. There was punch and pie.

On topic I hope we can stay above .500 today! Maybe another good outing for a starter? We're back to Worley correct?

Yep, Worley is back on the mound today. The Twins need a win, as Hernandez is going tomorrow so we shouldn't expect too much there...

I think the time is perfect. Any earlier, and the game would fall into the idiotic "national broadcast only" blackout rules.

I just hope that there are no AT&T commercials.

I was kinda hoping Hicks would get a chance to watch a game from the bench today. Dude is pressing big time, and sometimes it takes a day of sitting in the dugout and watching to settle down a bit.

It's too early for that, IMHO. It would be better to let him sit tomorrow, in the getaway game. Then, get him right back in the lineup Monday in KC.

+1. It might feel a bit more like getting a day off than getting benched.

Kue Keystone Kops theme.

They were tough catches to make by Dozier and Willingham but this is the major leagues.

Lets make at least one of them.

No reason for Worley to throw that ball to first.

Spring training is still in progress defensively.

Also, way to block the plate, Joe.

What a horrible call, though. Disgustingly poor umpiring in this O's-Twins series.
Huh?

Do they throw curve balls in the AA? Seems new to Hicks.

i believe they do but they probably seem curvier when mixed with other major league caliber pitches.
