Their powers combined - The Mighty Morphin Centerfielders

[mnfanforlife]

These are kind of negative .... I thought the point was they are three very fast center fielders all playing at the same time...that's a good thing isn't it?

no.

[Brock Beauchamp]

The Trevor May & Kyle Gibson Fan Club or Someday, We Won't Have to Chase Balls So Damned Often.

[mnfanforlife]

If I was mean like most of you, I'd say the 3 Stooges. But instead I'll say:

The Zephyrs

The Sonic Boom

The Speed of Light

The X-15's

The Falcon, The Cheetah and the Gazelle

Oh ScottyB...you're such a nice person. (Yawn)

In memory of Denard, the Span to Buxton?

[TheLeviathan]

Why are we coming up for a starting outfield nickname that includes at least one clear-cut reserve outfielder? Methinks we wait for Arcia and go with: Hicks Bens-Oz Particle and call it a day.

[Mike Sixel]

Ha, I cannot see that nickname sticking.....way too highbrow for this organization.

[Dave T]

The Fort Myers Trio

The Florida Flashes -- naw, everyone will say The Florida Flashers

The Flycatchers*

The Twins Triplets

I am kinda liking Speed, Shock, and Swift.

*Wikipedia says there are over 400 different types of birds in the "clade" Tyrant Flycatcher. How about Pewee, Shrike, and Kiskadee?

[mnfanforlife]

The Three Minorteers?

No. Since you asked.

Wow. This post just blew my mind. HaHA

[LaBombo]

Anagram generator doesn't like these guys very much:

AA beckons Mini's tinhorns.

[SurroundedByTigers]

Suggest we call them the Roadrunners - because with this pitching staff, they're going to be running down a lot of balls.

Either that or the Wallbangers - because they're liable to be hitting the wall often.

[ashbury]

Three Men and a Baby (Buxton)

As was pointed out, one of the three is destined as a fourth outfielder on a good team, so make that Two and a Half Men.
