Ron Gardenhire started all three center field candidates in the outfield yesterday (and encouraged La Velle E Neal to take the three-hour road trip to Dunedin to see them.) Mike Berardino wants a nickname for them, and Joe Benson hasn't been able to help him....

 

Did the trio, which is battling for the Opening Day job in center field, have time to come up with a nickname of its own?

"No, we're not that creative," Benson said with a laugh, "but I know we can run pretty well
