h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 I can think of a better way to head into the post season than getting hardly any hits and a walk off in the 9th~! How about a 10-0 shutout!!!!
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Lost in all of this, really good job by the HP ump this game. Great and consistant zone.
IndianaTwin Verified Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Sox cut it to 10-5. Cleveland 8, Pittsburgh 6, final.
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Would so love to see a walk off homer off of Bean Ball Sims.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Wouldn’t it be incredible if the Sox come back
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 I would have put the odds on Eddie taking a called strike three at approximately infinity:1.
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 There is was again.... totally out of control..... good thing Rosario is a lefty.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Cubs are trying to blow it bigly
IndianaTwin Verified Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Oakland 6, Seattle 2, final.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 And they go to the 9th in Chicago, 10-6.
Sielk Verified Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Cubs finally got out of the inning...
IndianaTwin Verified Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Cubs finally end the eighth at 10-6.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 How about we just score a ******* run
Jimv Provisional Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Sox score 4 runs with two outs, helped by 4 wild pitches.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 How about we just score a ******* run3 singles should be enough to score Sano.
Bandit34 Provisional Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 If the Cubs do not score at least a run in the top of the ninth, we are headed for a CURAAAZY ninth inning!
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Home field only an item for the first round. Home team for batting ...... that is important too.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Polanco is off-balance on almost every swing.
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Just thought of this. You know what have been the only thing that could have made the White Sox debacle of this week more enjoyable? Having had Hawk Harrelson come out of retirement to whine about it.oh yeah that’s funny,
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 There’s backing in to the playoffs but this game has been like poorly doing the watusi into the playoffs
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Extras and Romo.Oh no and oh no.
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Home field only an item for the first round. Home team for batting ...... that is important too.football has the noise which disrupts opposing offenses, but last AB is a real advantage
denarded Verified Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 This is not the way to go into the post season. Only team can catch you you is down 10-2 in 8th and have legit shot at winning (Cubs are not wasting bullpen on meaningless game) We now have to sweat bullets and use up valuable arms.
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Wild Pitch Romo coming in to the game.......
IndianaTwin Verified Member Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Cubs don’t score in the 9th.
