Twinis have now struck out 42 times in the past 4+ gamesi

I used to strike out at least 42 times every Saturday night back in my college days.

Sad news in the neighborhood. A lady who lives next door, who is ... welllllll ... grossly overweight, just got back from the hospital. She told Mrs Chief she's contracted a rare bacterial infection. It's one of those "flesh eating bacteria."

 

The doctor told her she had only 23 years to live.

Gibson probably annoys me the most of all the Twins starting pitching. You have a 1-2 count and the guy didn't hit your fastball. Why not just pump fastballs on the outside half and see if he can hit it? Why nibble with offspeed stuff?

 

I'm right there with you.  I don't trust him all that much at all.  Nibble nibble nibble.  There's no reason why he should have been at 40 pitches and no baserunner had reached 2nd yet.  

 

And now it's 3-1 cuz he fools around.
