Just a brutal outing by erv against a pretty bad lineup. And he never should have been out there in the fifth but that’s not his fault

2 of the pitches to Niko were on the edge of the zone per gameday. But, the way Erv has been all over the place, he isn’t going to get the benefit of the doubt.

May have gave him a bigger chance at a loss...If the plan is to lose for a better draft pick, they better check how back they have to play to catch the O's and Royals

Almost 190 pitches and two hours for 4 1/2 innings.

Pretty crisp flowing game...May doing his best FRE imitation there in the top of the 9th but he holds on for the Save...Big Erv couldn't quite finish things off in the 9th, just ran out of gas...it's nice to see a MLB game finish in 2 hours
