spinowner Provisional Member Posted April 8, 2017 Posted April 8, 2017 Okay, right ... not what I was getting at ... I didn't know that replay was allowed to be used in a subjective situation like that. Even the Sox announcers questioned it. And they also said before and during it should be what it was so they weren't questioning the outcome, just the process.Yeah, that's an interesting point. I'm thinking maybe it's a new rule this year? The umps were talking with Renteria before they looked at the replay and he must have been OK with it.
kydoty Verified Member Posted April 8, 2017 Posted April 8, 2017 The ghost of Chris Farley found its way behind home plate in Chicago tonight. alskntwnsfn 1
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted April 8, 2017 Posted April 8, 2017 And absolutely an out at the plate.Maybe someone else would've scored us more runs at the plate. It's not a given, though, because we really don't know. But the White Sox absolutely would've had a ton more runs without him in the outfield, and that is for certain. So without Bux maybe we'd score more runs, but we'd for certain have given up more. Dozier's Glorious Hair, Joe A. Preusser, spinowner and 2 others 5

akmanak Verified Member Posted April 8, 2017 Posted April 8, 2017 I cant take it. Buxton has to be dropped to 7th or lower in the order. Dont send him down yet, but holy hell is that frustrating to watch. bighat, Jerr and Mill1634 3
