His confidence is gone

It was gone on his 1st AB of the season when he struck out.  He's worried/nervous/overthinking/etc.  It's a mind game right now for this kid.  Grossmann or DanSan in the OF tomorrow.

Okay, right ... not what I was getting at ... I didn't know that replay was allowed to be used in a subjective situation like that. Even the Sox announcers questioned it. And they also said before and during it should be what it was so they weren't questioning the outcome, just the process.

Yeah, that's an interesting point. I'm thinking maybe it's a new rule this year? The umps were talking with Renteria before they looked at the replay and he must have been OK with it.

And absolutely an out at the plate.

Maybe someone else would've scored us more runs at the plate. It's not a given, though, because we really don't know. But the White Sox absolutely would've had a ton more runs without him in the outfield, and that is for certain. So without Bux maybe we'd score more runs, but we'd for certain have given up more.

Last time we went 4-0...we won the World Series....foreshadowing for this year? Let's hope so.

I was wondering when the last 4-0 start was.

I cant take it. Buxton has to be dropped to 7th or lower in the order. Dont send him down yet, but holy hell is that frustrating to watch.

Them expectations are a mighty load to bear

Can we still do that? Or have we used all those times up?

He needs to learn how to bat or get his confidence back,he can't just field batting third.

I never said anything about scoring more runs with someone else. I do know if, he gets on, we would score more runs.

I'm extremely bothered by the way Soto returns the ball to his pitcher.

He did that all last year, too. Wonder how long he's done that?

I'm all for giving Buxton every chance, but when he hits, I find myself thinking. . . . "I wonder how Zack Granite is doing. . ."
