Two things by now seem obvious! Don't throw fastballs in to Dozier, and don't run on Rosario! What is not pvvious is why do u spend all that money on scouting if you don't pay any attention to it?

Hey, maybe we can bunch all our fifth starters into one shared game. Albers, Dean, Duffey, maybe throw Mejia in there. That's 6 or seen innings. And sure Molly and Allen can figure out a way to use five other guys in relief to finish the home game.

I just don't think you can be a continual contender with this fielding. I think the OF can be OK as is. I like both Polanco and Sano, but you either need dominant pitching or better fielding. Ugn

Got about 5 minutes until the movie starts. It is already on silent.

But there is another assymetry what bothers me.

They always tell ya to turn 'em off at the beginning, but rarely tell ya to turn 'em back on afterwards.

I really see nothing wrong with Polanco's defense.

Polanco isn't anywhere near elite. Small things, poor flip to second the other night to kill a DP etc. he isn't any worse than Santana or Esco, or Nunez. But those are low bars.

Very few elite ones.  I'm happy with his OBP and him being above average defensively.  So far, he seems better than anyone we've had there since Hardy.

Yeah, what diffence does it make if Sano hits 35HR's a year of he gives back a bunch of those runs with his glove.  He's a butcher out there.
